Peppermint Bay, a division of Sonali Corporation, has been a leading Cover-Up Resource in the Swimwear Industry for over fifteen years.
Where can I find your clothing for sale ?
Our clothing is available at Major Department, Specialty Stores, and Catalog Companies in the United States and on the Caribbean and Pacific Islands.
Do you only sell to retailers ?
Yes. Retail stores, retail catalog companies and retailers online as well.
What are your sales terms ?
Sonali Corporation accepts the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. Billing options such Net 30 may be available, subject to approval from Capital Factor.
Failure to meet payment terms may result in withholding of future shipments and/or cancellation of credit terms. Past due invoices are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum). Customer will be responsible for all costs and legal fees incurred to collect unpaid invoices.
Returned checks will incur a charge of $30.00 per instance and may result in cancellation of terms.
Do you accept American Express ?
We no longer acccept American Express.
What is your preferred method of shipping ?
For orders within the continental United States we use United Parcel Service (UPS). To Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands we use USPS. All international orders are shipped to the Forwarding Agent of their choice.
Customer will be responsible for freight and all other charges for refused shipments. This may also result in cancellation of credit terms and/or advance payment for future shipments.
Is Peppermint Bay the only line of clothing you sell ?
No. Sonali Corporation has several divisions: Peppermint Bay, Peripherals, Urban Safari, and Palm Court.
I am a store who has received a damaged piece of merchandise. Who should I contact ?
We're very sorry to hear that. All returns are handled by our Corporate Office in New Jersey. Please call 1-609-275-6410 for a Return Authorization (RA) number and we will have the item shipped back to us. All claims must be made within 7 days of merchandise receipt.
What is your return policy ?
You may return items to Sonali Corporation for a refund or credit (minus shipping and handling), however certain restrictions apply:
- Returns must be approved and given a Return Authorization (RA) by Sonali Corporation.
- Returns must be reported to Sonali Corporation within 7 days of merchandise receipt.
- There must not be any writing, pricing or any other marks on the item or the packaging.
Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Sonali Corporation. Unauthorized returns will incur a 25% restocking fee if return is accepted.
What is the turnaround time for orders ?
If the item is in stock, the order will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Will you be attending [insert name here] Trade Show ?
For a current list of trade shows we will be attending check out the "Events Calender" on the left hand side of every page.
I see the term prepack listed everywhere, but what exactly is that ?
Almost all of the items we sell are sold in prepacks. Most of our prepacks are 1-2-2-1 (1 Small, 2 Medium, 2 Large, 1 Extra Large) or 2-2-2 (2 1X, 2 2X, 2 3X). Some items are sold as One Size only.
Catalog Viewer FAQ
What is this Catalog Viewer you are referring to?
This is a powerful tool that allows you to view large photos of everything in our current catalog by page.
How do I access this tool?
Click the Retailer Access button on the menu up top.
Why can't I view some items?
Certain areas of the Catalog Viewer are password protected. Please contact your sales rep for information.
What does the message Authentication Failed mean?
Click in the box that says password and hit ENTER. The page will reload showing you pictures. If there are asterisks in the box, it means you've been to that section before. Your password was saved, so just click anywhere in the box and hit ENTER. Another cause of this message could be you typed in a wrong password or misspelled it.
I clicked View Catalog and nothing happened. Why?
The catalog viewer will show up in a seperate browser window. Check that your popup blocker is either off or allowing popups from our website.
Another reason it might not work is because the catalog is down to update it with new pictures.
How do I view a specific item?
Click the appropriate page number on the left hand side and it will load thumbnails of that page, including all the items on it. Clicking one of the items will allow you to view it in large size.
Why do I only see XX amount of items on a certain page when I know there is more?
At the top of each page are numbers in which you can limit how many thumbnails to show.
Can I use images from your catalog for other purposes?
As stated on the bottom of every catalog page, all images contained on this website are Copyright © 2007 Sonali Corporation / Peppermint Bay. Image use outside of this website are prohibited without permission.
The catalog seems to have stopped responding or is very slow. Why?
There are many reasons this could be happening. One of them could be a large number of people trying to view the catalog at the same time. Please try back in a few minutes.
